The Veterans Memorial Bridge 5K Course. Start on West Bank on La Hwy 3213. Course runs west bank to east bank, south to north in the west side of road / bridge lane. West side / outside lane for run/walk will be coned off. Do not lean over bridge rail, stay in the coned off run/walk lane.

NOTE: Course time limit of 1 hour and 15 minutes from official Start time will be enforced.

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, no pets, skates or bicycles are permitted on the course.

1st Overall Male and Female

Louisiana Running + Walking Co and will be awarding a gift card valued for purchase of a pair of running shoes to the 1st place overall male and female 5K finishers.

Age Group Awards

( 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place)

Male and Female:

14-under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-over.

Can't make packet pick-up, no worries, Race Day Packet Pick-up will be available starting at 7am. I

You may pick up a packet for someone else, but please email us if you are planning to pick up more that 5 packets.

Parking is available at the Welcome Center. Overflow parking at the Golden Grove Truck Stop, 935 Hwy 641, Gramercy.

The truck stop is about a 1/3 - 1/2 mile walk to the race site. ( not too far a walk ) * Remember to LOCK your vehicle. Park on each side of the truck stop, please do not block any service or retail access.

Buses will shuttle from overflow lot to Welcome Center pre-race as needed.

Bus transportation provided from Welcome Center to the Start Side ( on the West Bank ) 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Please arrive early to avoid long lines and any potential delay of start.

NOTE: If parking on the West Bank ( Start side ) you are responsible for parking location and transportation back.
